Chamber Chairman Tyron Spearman presented Tift County basketball Coach Eric Holland and his five seniors with a plaque honoring the team for winning the Georgia Class 7A state championship at Thursday’s monthly membership meeting. Go Big Blue!

Congratulations to Mary Kathryn Howard and Jake Alley! The STAR Student and STAR Teacher from Tift County High School were named the best in the Region 10 competition Thursday night at a recognition dinner in Valdosta. Howard and Alley will represent the region at the state competition in Atlanta on April 24. Musculoskeletal Center-Tift Regional Medical Center

Tift Regional Health System (TRHS) has started the construction of a new $22 million musculoskeletal center at the Tift Regional Medical Center (TRMC) West Campus which will consolidate outpatient orthopedic, rheumatology, neurology, pain management and rehabilitation services into one facility.
